[Qgis-community-team] [Doc] what's new page

+1 from me too. No need to do the work twice.
But just to be sure, does it mean that for those who use the PDF version (I
don't know if there are people who do that but I hope there are), there
won't be the changelog available inside the doc (but the same link to the
website)?
