[Qgis-community-team] Latest LTR to download?

Hi,

I was looking this morning web site and download section and just wondering ....

If I'm new user suggestion is : 2.14
If I'm corporate user suggestion is: 2.8
And advanced users know what they should do.

First and last are OK but the suggestion to use 2.8 ? Is it that tutorials and documentation are lagging so much behind? Or do we have something to improve in system?
