[Qgis-community-team] QGIS3 features and wishes?

Hi,

Are we somewhere collecting ideas for QGIS3 yet?
I remember seeing such a page somewhere but cannot find it.

Personally I was for example hitting some issues with pyqgis:
- creating a VectorLayer from a ogr-file by a new user will popup a crs
dialog (see [0] for a workaround).
Nicer would be to be able to add the crs to the constructor, either as
param or as query-param in the uri (which currently does not seem to
work either).
- I always disliked the fact that the provider keys are sometimes
lowercase ('ogr') and some are uppercase ('WFS').

I would like to add this to some list, but can off course also create an
issue for it with 'milestone 3.0'...
Not sure if we can hold the horses though if we start a wiki page ;-)
