Hi Yves,
I have a workshop ("QGIS Authentication System Plugin") on Wednesday May 25th [0] in the afternoon that is set for 4 hours, however I don't think it will be that long.
If you contact the organizers of the QGIS conference and ask if your workshop can be accepted (there may be others waiting for an available spot), then I'm certainly willing to drop my workshop down to 2 hours and you can do yours from 17.00 - 19.00h.
I think the concept of your workshop is great and I would like to attend it. I have other coding already planned for the hackfest, so it would good for me if your workshop became "official".  :^)
Regardless, I will be contacting the organizers about shortening my workshop, and will also pass along this email thread as a possible additional workshop. So, they may contact you as well.

The 152 issues is for all manual (user, training, cookbook) I will focus on

issues of the user manual.
