[Qgis-community-team] 2.18 & Python3 for website

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the upgrade. It will help to address some long-term
issues/feature requests.

About the 2.18 docs, the plans were to release them at July 1st :(
And I also think there's no need to move them to the new docker; let's use
that one for to be 3.x docs only...
