Hi QGIS commuty members

I have a problem when open qgis, give me this message :

No se pudo cargar el módulo SIP. El soporte para Python estará 
deshabilitado.

Traceback (most recent call last):   File "", line 1, in ImportError: No 
module named sip

Versión de Python: 2.7.12 (default, Nov 19 2016, 06:48:10) [GCC 5.4.0 
20160609] Versión de QGIS: 2.18.14 'Las Palmas', ff83b9a Ruta de Python:
