Hi Niall,
Sorry for the late reply.

QGIS Desktop with release better synced with application's. But what to do
are of different levels/types:
- some are easy to fix and "just" need someone to pick them, others require
an advanced knowledge of the doc structure and contents
- some require a discussion to setup a guideline and then, it could be
straightforward
- some are infrastructure issues and require development skills but most of
the challenges are of writing skills.

about doc management and format conversion. What often writers have to
focus on is to change text/images in the source folder [0]. Then, there are
prepared scripts that are in charge of conversion (pdf, html) and push the
changes online. I'd not go into details to avoid saying rubbish. If ever
you want to delve into details, Richard Duivenvoorde might be your man :-)

I was wondering if you or one of your team would like to Skype some evening

As said above, fiiling content (either text or graphics) is what we need
the most so, for sure, your skills are more than welcome.

I'd be happy to tell you more about what i am hoping to achieve (re.
