[Qgis-community-team] Fwd: Cant create buffer

Hallo

I create a shp with a point . I m trying to create a buffer around the
point so i will get a circle. But it create a layer all over and not in the
radius . Its happen also when i unselect the selected feature. Can somebody
help in this ?
