[Qgis-community-team] user manual: where do we need to add something

I just joined the team for writing the documentation.
Are there any suggestions where I should start to write?
Is there sombody who coordinates?

Is it possible to contribute something for the new user manual for QGIS 
Madeira?
I would be interested in describing the print composer, for example.
