[Qgis-community-team] Connect to DM Solutions WFS-server

I helped create that service and data, back in the day :)  Since then I 
serve that through this service: 
https://demo.gatewaygeomatics.com/cgi-bin/wms_gateway?REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.1.1&SERVICE=WMS

If you need any changes to the service let me know.  I monitor its 
uptime closely.
