[Qgis-community-team] add pictures to the substitutions.txt

Hi,

You need to find it in QGIS\QGIS repository, somewhere around here:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/tree/master/images/themes/default

then create a png copy of it and store it here:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/tree/master/static/common
