[Qgis-community-team] Changelog 3.14 last streak

With a small week to go for packaging 3.14....

Anybody has anything to add/fix to current changelog?

Thanks to Anita Hapsari (THANKS!) and Tim/Kartoza the export to rst is
fixed, so I hope to be able to pull the RST from changelog-application
and incorporate it in the website on the same day as packaging starts \o/

Some notable issues:

minimal filling... (Samweli, you could add some more info to get more
credits for your work :-) )

There is something strange going on in the 'Time handling in mesh layer'
item (and therefor in the rst):

@andreas: will you be available to construct the bugfixes list also
before that time? No problem to add it a little later..

AND TO ALL DEVS who created new features: please please add information
to the corresponding issue in the QGIS-Documentation Feature-tracker.
Do not make it too hard a puzzle for others/doc writers to figure out
what kind of magic you created; add as much details/images as you know
to the corresponding feature-issues:
