[Qgis-community-team] Documentation: Vector Tiles and Zoom Levels

Hello wonder-sk and others,

is there an expert for Vector Tiles on the list?

For documentation purposes we'd like to know more about the zoom levels 
which can be defined in the Vector Tile Connnection.

Are these values being extracted from the url of the tile? Or can the 
user just define limitations for zoom levels independently from the 
Vector Tile Service?
