Not sure if I understand the reason or background of your question.

But all is based on 'TRUST' :-)

In general we think that everybody is serious.

IF somebody is trolling or sending spam, we can 'block' a user from the list.

If you think that is the case, plz sent an email to the psc list (or to admin at qgis.org which is a small group of admins)
