Thanks for the complements.  I am not sure anyone understands the effort 
that I put in each week to make sure the MapServer demo services are 
kept running.  I personally try to guarantee almost 99-100% uptime for 
the MapServer and GatewayGeo demo services (in reality nothing is 100%, 
as things happen sometimes) .  I first worked on the GatewayGeo mapfile 
in 2003, so that should give you some data for your 'reliability index' ha.

I am glad to read that this effort is appreciated.
