[Qgis-community-team] Visual Changelog for 3.20

Marco (and others), in the PR description, you can add "funded by [NAME]
[URL]" (it works also with "sponsored by").
The PR description is parsed by changelog.qgis.org to fill the field funder
name and funder URL in the database.
