We, a Ukrainian company - a consulting group Julies Data

placement on the official website
https://www.qgis.org/uk/site/about/case_studies/index.html information
about an open crowdsourcing project, which is currently being implemented
in Ukraine. (We gave about it with more detailes before. If It is needed we
can repeat detailed information).
 We would like to clarify whether it is possible to publish information
about our initiative as an example of QGIS use and perhaps for this we need
to make some changes to the article, we are ready to do it.
