[Qgis-community-team] QGIS 4.0 et documentation release plan

Over the past years, we've released (and translated) a new version of docs
for LTR only.
According to QGIS 4 release plan published lately, 3.44 will be the last
3.x release while 3.40 remains the last LTR. Meaning that unlike 2.x, the
last 3.x release will not be an LTR.

- Do we consider that 3.40 will be the last docs released for QGIS 3 and
the next docs version will be 4.2?
- Or should we consider releasing a new version for 3.44? And if so, should
it also benefit from translation efforts (knowing that we can translate
only one version at a time)?
