[Qgis-community-team] nO pERMISSION TO SAVE ON os(c:)

I try to save a QGIS map.qgz in a Solution subdirectory within OS(C:) and I
got a message "You dont have permission to save in this location. Contact
the Administrator to obtain permission" What can I do?
