[Qgis-developer] Changes to acinclude.m4 for debian qt4 support via apt

Hi All

I have made some changes to acinclude.m4 and committed them to svn
trunk. These are to

a) support the use of qt4.1.0 installed from apt on debian derived systems
b) include support for QtTest

If you have any problems with doing a from clean build on your
platform / distro please report them to me - though I am expecting my
changes to not have influenced others in a negative way it would be
nice to get some verification of this.
