[Qgis-developer] Ownership of issues in Trac

If you want to take ownership of one or more components in Trac, let me
know and I will make you the "owner". Right now I am the owner for
everything but WMS. When a new ticket is opened it is assigned to me by
default unless the WMS component is selected from the drop-down box.

This is easy to change and it makes sense to at least initially point
the ticket at the person most likely to deal with it.

Some examples that may be appropriate:

GRASS - Radim
RASTER - Tim or Steve
Symbology Marco
MapCanvas Martin
