Yes we should. Once we get a better idea of how many sessions etc we
can hold it will probably be easier to do...

Perhaps we can get the organisers to give us a QGIS Room where we
hold our talks and where we can have some pc's set up for general qgis
related use and be available to answer questions etc.

As Im going to have just moved to Brazil I probably wont be able to
make it to the conference, so all I can do is help organise...we need
someone (Marco?) to be 'point man' at the conference and make sure
that everything runs smoothly.

It would also be good to press some live cd's with QGIS on it (Brent
Wood are you still out there?) that we can hand out with the latest
stable and unstable version of qgis on it.

Also it would be nice if we could print some tshirts and have them for
sale there...

Also we should update and make copies of the QGIS flier we had once...

If someone is available to finish pasting the polish transalation of
the flier into the scribus template that would be good...I never did
finish with that because the sentance are too long in polish for the
allocated space and my polish is too limited (read non existant) to
adequately sort that out.

It would be nice also to have printed copies of the user manual in the
various languages (probably eng & german ?) available..

Also we could ask the people doing demos and presentations and
tutorials to presubmit their work / code listings etc so we can create
a resource cd for interested attendees...

Also if anyone is interested in making more flash tutorials we could
include them on the cd too....it would be really nice if we could work
out how to get voice overs on the flash movies too....

Ill post these notes onto the wiki too

What we need next is to discard the ideas above that are crap, add
things I've left out and get peoples (volunteers) names next to each
item...

Regards

Tim
