[Qgis-developer] --lang option isn't working!!!

Dear all,

I was trying running QGIS within --lang option on Windows platform. I was
typing following command in console:
	D:\custom_GIS\qgis.exe --lang de
	D:\custom_GIS\qgis.exe --lang ru
But I can not see correct localized QGIS. How can I use QGIS embedded ready
translation such as qgis_de.qm, qgis_ru.qm and etc... By the way QGIS's
shared things are located in correct path "D:\custom_GIS\share".

Please help to me, how I can solve my problem.
