[Qgis-developer] torrent isn't work

Dear Gary Sherman,

Can you check http://gisalaska.com/torrents/mingw_chroot.tar.bz2 for
working? I try to download mingw_chroot jail using bittorrent client either
on Linux and Windows. It isn't work. 

KTorrent say that: The tracker http://gisalaska.com:6969/announce is down,
stopping download.

Please, give me any available link to download it as is possible.
