[Qgis-developer] Cannot inherit from QgsVectorLayer in plugin on Windows

Hi,
I have found strange thing, a pluging cannot be loaded on Windows
(QLibrary::load () fails with "Invalid access to memory location")
if it contains a class which inherits from QgsVectorLayer.
No problem if QgsVectorLayer is used as member.
On Linux everything works without problems.
Anybody has an explanation?
