[Qgis-developer] Cannot inherit from QgsVectorLayer in plugin on Windows

I've forgot to write about yet another possible problem.
If there are new virtual functions added one of classes from the
inheritance tree (accross DLL boundaries) but the plugin was build
with the older version, it may crash too.
