[Qgis-developer] Cannot print lines to postscript

No. With your and Martin's recent fixes I'm now able to print to pdf,
ps and eps! Hooray! And lines are rendered OK.

The only glitch still remaining for me, which I also have mentioned in
the #345 in Trac, is that although the "Print to file" is checked by
default, the dialog for entering the path to file is not active;
printers are listed instead; see the attached screenshot.

I have to uncheck it and check it back for the path dialog to become
active.
