[Qgis-developer] GML under Windows

Hi devs,

I just noted that under windows, the GML reading with OGR does not work. I 
suppose that the gdal of the windows version wasn't compiled with xerces 
support. We probably should disable the GML entry in the file selection 
dialog for windows (or compile with xerxes-support for windows, but I know 
this can be a pain...).
