[Qgis-developer] Owner nobody

Hi.
Would it be possible to have also an owner 'nobody' in trac?
There are several tickets assigned to me in trac which I am not going
to work on. Currently it is not clear if a defeloper to who the ticket
is assigned is realy working or willing to work on the ticket.
This can be confusing for others because they believe that ticket owner
is going to fix the ticket.
