[Qgis-developer] PKG_CHECK_MODULES / pkg-config

I get the same thing on Mac OS X.  No pkg-config installed for me,  
and I don't want to.

I ended up commenting out that line (there's actually a couple of  
them I think) so I could build without pkg-config.  I didn't want to  
use the suggestion of installing pkg-config just for this.
