This a good Idea. I would vote for it. So we could separate the
doc-stuff from the more user/dev-related postings.

Also translating issues, which will surely come up soon, could be posted
to this list.

@listadmin: Does this make lots of work?

I would volunteer to keep an eye on the queue if needed.
