I think we should shoot for releasing something soon. I suggest we call it
a "Preview" similar to Radim's Windows releases or a "Prerelease". I know
we have issues on Mac and Windows platforms that are not present on Linux.
It would be good to get a "official" preview for all 3 platforms out for a
wider range of testing.

I don't care for the term "beta" anymore...
