[Qgis-developer] displaying DGN files properly in QGIS , linking mdb file to it.

Hello Everybody,
I am currently trying to view DGN file in QGIS. On web i found dgn files
have styling information -how to color and represen the data-Color Index ,
style. These fileds i can see in QGIS also. But colors for map i am getting
randomly. Am i correct here that dgn files has color information also. Also
The same map has some text also with it which i couldn't view. That text i
can see when in legend i try to view properties and i ask it to paint
uniquely for each value.

Also i have mdb dfile for respective map. I couldn't figure out how i can
link it to the dgn map. Same with .dt2 file.
