[Qgis-developer] Building QT 4 with Visual C++ 2005

Hi,

I'd like to announce first HOWTO related to building QGIS
with VC++ 2005.

The first requirement to compile QGIS using Visual C++ 2005 is to
build QT4. So, here are step by step instructions how to do that:
