In the last version, we installed the correction files in:

  File "proj_lib\nad.lst"
  File "proj_lib\nad27"
  File "proj_lib\nad83"
  File "proj_lib\ntv1_can.dat"
  File "proj_lib\null"
  File "proj_lib\other.extra"
  File "proj_lib\proj_def.dat"
  File "proj_lib\prvi"
  File "proj_lib\stgeorge"
  File "proj_lib\stlrnc"
  File "proj_lib\stpaul"
  File "proj_lib\world"

The installer then set the required environment variable PROJ_LIB:
	PROJ_LIB=$INSTDIR\proj_lib
