[Qgis-developer] database defaults

Hi all.
An useful feature for qgis: when inserting data in postgis, it does not take 
the default values from the database (eg nextvalue in cat, etc.)
Furthermore, in case of even a single error in input (value not allowed) all 
the editing is lost. Too bad for serious work.
Ready for testing if someone could fix it.
