[Qgis-developer] Windows build, help wanted

Hi Martin

Many thanks. First prize would be if you can give a patch /zip to
merge grass binaries & headers into the msys image I have on the
qgis.org download page. Second prize would be some notes to follow to
get it to build here. :-) Ill grab the pg sources so thanks for that!
