The problem is not GDAL+UnixODBC - I realize that GDAL was written  
with that in mind.  The problem is that the only Access ODBC for  
_OSX_ that I was able to find that operated directly on files is made  
for OSX's built-in iODBC.

Nice to know about mdbtools (I might have seen it before but had no  
luck with it, don't remember).
