[Qgis-developer] sip4 in debian

Hi all.
sip 4.7 is now in debian (unstable, but can be installed on testing
without problems). Tested, and it seems to work well.
So, one less thing to do to compile qgis from svn now.
Unfortunately, python-qt4 does not work (maybe the version [4.3]? my
hand-compiled 4.1.1 works).
