[Qgis-developer] 0.9 release delay

Last time I compiled QGIS (svn 200708071155) I used the 
Frankie's Debian files (http://people.debian.org/~frankie/qgis/) 
with some changes. A summary of my changes:

- removed dpatches that do not apply
- add some build depends
- declared cmake GDAL_INCLUDE_DIR
- changed some *.install files so that
  the actual files were installed.

I attach the archive of my debian dir.
