I spent some time trying to get a cmake based build working with Visual  
C++ Express before realising that this branch did more or less the same  
thing (only better). The prospect of this being merged to trunk is bigger  
news for me than the 0.8 release... I'll be able to get back to my wee  
project instead of messing about with cmakelist.txt files.
