The strings are in the QDialogButtonBox section of the file qt_*.ts 
which is provided by Trolltech. Some languages are provided but for 
others, we will have to do the translation.

When I place a qt_*.qm file into the same folder as qgis_*.qm, it works 
for me on a Mac.
