[Qgis-developer] svn is broken

Hi all,

Sorry, my fault. I didn't realize that I changed the public interface when 
doing r7063. I'm going to commit a change soon  that uses the same interface 
for QgsVectorLayer as before r7063. Because developers are no longer allowed 
to change the interface without making RFCs. In the case of r7063, the bugfix 
can be done without changing the interface.
