[Qgis-developer] QGIS 0.9.0 Preview 1

Hi, 

to enable python bindings for debian I have following problems:

-- SIP is required in version 4.5 or later!
-- PyQt4 is needed in version 4.1 or later!

debian stable and testing includes PyQt4 4.0.1-5 and SIP 4.4.5-4. Wouldn't that
be sufficient?
