Hi, 

for testing QGIS 0.9.0 Preview 1 on opensuse 10.2 (32bit) packages can be
downloaded here.

http://www.nature-consult.de/software/suse/10.2/

Python Language Binding is not yet included in that package, because of
dependency problems with sip4 and PyQt4.
