Dear Paolo Cavallini,

Thanks for reply to me. Also thanks for inform me. 

I guess that OGR is already support for PostGIS schemas, only my precompiled
GDAL/OGR isn't compiled for support PostGIS schemas. Is it possible? If yes
do you know what configuration option should to turn on it when I compile
GDAL/OGR from source, how can I build my own GDAL/OGR binary to QGIS
development environment?

Yes, I think this is a limitation of OGR (I may be wrong). I recall
having asked Frank Warmerdam, and he confirmed this.
In my view supporting schemas would be important, but apparently not
many people are interested.
