I can only help with my values:
QT_FONTCONFIG_LIBRARY            /usr/lib/libfontconfig.so
QT_PNG_LIBRARY                   /usr/lib/libpng.so
QT_X11_m_LIBRARY                 /usr/lib/libm.so
QT_ZLIB_LIBRARY                  /usr/lib/libz.so
