NOTE -- If you can't access IRC due to firewall or other  
restrictions, you can use the IRC gateway at: http://gisalaska.com/ 
cgiirc/irc.cgi
For the meeting choose the #qgis-meeting channel. You can also access  
#qgis using the gateway. Once you connect to the channel, use '/nick  
myname' to change your nickname from the CGI default.
