[Qgis-developer] [patch] reuse existing postgres connections

Hi all,

I reviewed and applied the patch with minor reformating and adding a delete in 
the disconnectDb() method (to avoid memory leak).

Jürgen, thanks for the contribution! And afaik there are two other patches 
pending. I hope to be able to get to those soon.
