Removal requested by QA team, packages "(very) RC-buggy", according to:

  http://packages.qa.debian.org/q/qgis.html

  http://ftp-master.debian.org/removals.txt

Appears to have been triggered by the changing of status for RC bug
45064 to "serious".

Is this bug even valid for recent versions of QGIS?
